  • Used or opened products: Once the product has been used or opened, we are unable to process a refund.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”: Any items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale offer are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The following steps apply:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
